Following OnaForums attack on Radicalized Podcast

In this article I will be following some of ONAforum’s attack on the Radicalized Podcast. The forums history with the podcast starts somewhere around late April of 2023, with one of the hosts being forced to go to the local police department over their activities.

Some time around this point the forums started getting small sums of crypto to engage with members and supporters of the Radicalized Podcast, seen here in an old thread from April 2023.

Fast forward to 2025, members posting in the private side of the forum shared this screenshot from the onaforums private discord, where only select paid members are allowed.

The post mentions “.50 assists, $1 posts and $10 discoveries”, which is part of the Twitter/X payout system. If a user comments on someone else’s post and draws more comments, it can be worth 50 cents plus an engagement bonus. If a twitter post is made at the victim it’s $1, plus an engagement bonus. A “discovery” is when a new piece of information that can be used to attack a person is discovered. Not mentioned in this screenshot is something they call “3rd party troll” where they impersonate someone to a business/government and the payout is usually $5 plus engagement.

The rules for engagement bonus seem to change, but some users have reported $50 to $100 payouts regularly. It’s pretty clear that sometimes it can be much more than that when they get a job. It’s currently unknown how these metrics are kept, but site socialblade is often referenced on the forums.

The post also mentions “sos larose” who is assumed to be Frank Larose, secretary of state in Ohio. Frank Larose has been mentioned several times in the “nice podcast stupid” corner of the internet and is known to have a working relationship with host Daniel Mullen.

I was unable to find the identity of the blogger that was sold out to LaRose, but I did find another instance where LaRose fired Press Secretary Rob Nichols in the exact same way. This shows just how far these people are willing to go to achieve a position of power. LaRose believes that by selling out those in government with opposing ideology he will be rewarded with a position in Trump’s white house.

Unlike the blogger, the forums actions against the Radicalized Podcast are easy to find in public and are being bragged about on the forums. Shortly after the payouts were announced, users started posting fraudulent job applications, government requests and the usual twitter trolling in hopes of being paid.

This common tactic is part of 3rd party trolling, it can be anything from a false craigslist ad, job application or even paid services in your name. The most common and simple method they use is to find online contact forms and fill it out in your name, provoking a response.

User Rodeo Clown or Robert Prongay made it known on the forums that he would be collecting some of the money. It’s believed that he’s actually the user that host HiFi of the Radicalized Podcast called the police on in Ohio.

I’ll be covering more of these activities very soon as it’s still developing now. The forums don’t like being exposed and have already started threatening this substack.
